Everything Pablo's kitchen bakes, in one place. Whether you're after a weeknight Chicken Pot Pie or planning a party spread, here's the full rundown — what we make, when we make it, and what makes each one worth ordering.
Sweet Pies
These are the ones that started it all. Pablo's original menu was four sweet pies, and we've added a few more over the years because customers kept asking nicely.
Year-round:
- Apple — Our signature. Pennsylvania-grown Granny Smith and Honeycrisp, cinnamon-spiced, hand-laid lattice top. $30 for a 9", $10 for a mini.
- Pecan — Toasted pecans, dark caramel filling, a splash of bourbon. Clarisse toasts the nuts first; that's the whole secret. $36 / $12.
- Key Lime — Real key limes, juiced in-house, with a torched Italian meringue cap. $32 / $11.
- Chocolate Silk — Bittersweet 70% chocolate mousse, chocolate cookie crust, hand-whipped cream. $32 / $11.
- Banana Cream — Vanilla custard, fresh bananas layered through, vanilla wafer crust, mountain of whipped cream on top. $30 / $10. Local pickup or delivery only — this one doesn't ship well.
Seasonal:
- Strawberry Rhubarb — Local PA strawberries and rhubarb from Snavely's farm, lattice crust, coarse sugar on top. Available May through August. $30 / $10.
- Pumpkin — Sugar pumpkins (not canned), warm spices, cream custard. Available October through December. $28 / $9.
- Sweet Potato — Roasted sweet potatoes, brown sugar, a hint of bourbon and fresh nutmeg. Available November through December. $30 / $10.
Savory Pies
Don't sleep on these. The Chicken Pot Pie outsells everything except the Apple, and the Steak & Mushroom has been the most-requested catering item for three years running.
- Chicken Pot Pie — Roasted chicken thighs, carrots, celery, peas, thyme cream sauce, double crust. $34 / $11.
- Shepherd's Pie — Ground beef, mashed potato top run under the broiler for color. (Yes, it's beef. We know.) $34 / $11.
- Steak & Mushroom — Beef chuck braised three hours in red wine, cremini mushrooms, pearl onions, all-butter shortcrust. $38 / $12.
- Spinach & Feta — Wilted spinach, feta, lemon zest, dill, phyllo top. Our only vegetarian savory. $32 / $11.
- Pizza Pie — More crust than pizza — we are a pie shop, after all. Pepperoni, mozzarella, house sauce. $28 / $9.
All savory pies are available year-round.
Party Sets & Catering
- Party Set of 4 minis — Pick any four 4" mini pies, packed in a custom box. Great for gifting or trying a few flavors at once. $48. Ready in about 24 hours.
- Catering Pan — A full quarter-sheet pan of any single pie. Sweet pans serve 12–16; savory pans serve 8–12. $85–$120. Ready in 48 hours.
- Corporate Spread — Three to eight pans, custom sweet/savory mix, optional on-site setup by Elliot or Paul. $150–$400. Paul will quote you based on your headcount, date, and preferences — lead time is typically five business days.
