If you need to tweak or cancel an order you've placed, the window is short but real — and the sooner you reach us, the more we can do. Once a pie is boxed up and on its way to the carrier, our options get limited fast.
Before your order ships
This is the easy window. If your order hasn't left the kitchen yet, reach out right away and we can usually cancel it, swap a flavor, or update your delivery date without much trouble.
Here's how refunds work in that case:
- Cancel entirely: You'll get a full refund minus the shipping fee if shipping was charged. If you ordered pickup, there's no shipping to deduct, so the refund is complete.
- Swap a flavor or change a quantity: We'll do our best. Clarisse and Millie are usually the ones making this happen on the kitchen end, and they're working with a real oven and a real schedule — so the earlier you catch us, the better.
- Change your delivery address: Totally doable before the box ships. After that, it gets complicated fast (see below).

After your order ships
Once the carrier has picked up the box, we can't pull it back or redirect it easily. At that point, we're not able to offer a refund on the order.
That said, if something went sideways on your end — you ordered the wrong thing, the timing didn't work out — Pablo sometimes credits a future order as a goodwill gesture. It's not a guarantee, but it's worth explaining your situation when you write in. He reads those notes.
If the problem is our fault — wrong item, damaged in transit, arrived thawed — that's a completely different situation and we'll make it right. Take a look at our Damaged or incorrect orders article for how that works.
A note on catering orders
Catering cancellations follow a separate policy because Paul is ordering ingredients and scheduling staff around your event. The short version: full cancellations get a 50% refund up to five business days before the event, and nothing inside that window. If you need to cancel or adjust a catering order, ask for Paul directly and he'll walk you through it.
