Ordering from Perfect Pies is pretty straightforward — pick a pie (or several), choose how you want it to arrive, and we take it from there. Whether you're swinging by the shop on N. Hanover Street, getting a delivery from Elliot, or shipping a frozen beauty across the country, here's what to expect from start to finish.
Picking your pies
Browse the full menu at perfectpies.club or stop by the storefront any day except Monday. If you want a hand deciding, Little Jack Horner — the chat bubble on the website — knows the menu cold and can walk you through options, seasonal availability, and pricing in about thirty seconds. For bigger questions (catering, allergens, custom requests), Jack will hand you off to one of us.
Add your pies to the cart, choose your delivery method, and check out with a card on file.
Your three delivery options
- In-store pickup — Free. Your order is typically ready within four hours of placing it. Pick up at 47 N Hanover St during our open hours (Tue–Fri 8a–6p, Sat 8a–5p, Sun 9a–3p). We're closed Mondays.
- Local delivery — $8 flat. Elliot or one of our drivers brings it to your door same- or next-day, anywhere within 15 miles of Carlisle. Fresh, not frozen.
- Frozen 2-day shipping — $24 flat per box (holds up to two standard 9" pies). We ship Continental US only — sorry, no Alaska, Hawaii, or international. Orders placed by Monday noon Eastern ship Tuesday and arrive Thursday in most of the country. You can request a specific delivery date and we'll do our best, though holiday weeks can get unpredictable.
One small heads-up: the Banana Cream Pie doesn't travel well frozen, so she's local pickup or delivery only.
After you order
You'll get an order confirmation email right away — check your spam folder if it doesn't show up within a few minutes. If you chose shipping, a second email with tracking information goes out automatically once the carrier picks up your box. There's sometimes a short lag of a few hours between pickup and the first carrier scan, so don't panic if the tracking page looks quiet at first.
If something goes wrong
We want every pie to arrive exactly the way Clarisse intended it. If yours shows up damaged, thawed, or just not right, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — full refund or a free replacement, your call. Photos help but aren't required.
For anything else — a question before you order, a change you need to make, a "wait, did I type my address correctly" moment — reach out as soon as you can. The sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.
