Catering orders are built around real ingredients that Paul and the kitchen start pulling together well before your event date — which means our cancellation window is tighter than it might be for a regular pie order. The short version: cancel at least five full business days out and we'll refund you completely. Inside that window, we can't offer a refund because the food is already in motion.
Cancellations
- Five or more business days before your event: Full refund, back to your original payment method in 3–5 business days. Just email us and Paul will confirm the cancellation.
- Fewer than five business days before your event: No refund. By that point the proteins are thawed, the crusts are prepped, and the kitchen is already committed. We're sorry — we know that's hard to hear if something unexpected came up.
If you're on the fence, reach out sooner rather than later. Paul checks email every morning and can usually give you a fast answer on where things stand with your order.
Date changes
Moving your event to a different date is a different story. If you need to push a Corporate Spread from Thursday to the following Tuesday, or shift a Catering Pan order by a day or two, Paul can almost always make that work — provided the new date gives the kitchen enough runway. The lead times that apply to new orders apply here too: Catering Pans need 48 hours, Corporate Spreads need five business days.
The earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we have. A date change requested a week out is easy. One requested the afternoon before is a different conversation.
A note on Corporate accounts
If you're on net-30 invoicing, cancellations and credits get handled through the same invoice process. Paul will send a revised invoice or a credit memo depending on timing. If you need documentation for your accounting team, just ask — he's used to it.
What to do
Email support@perfectpies.club with your order details and the change or cancellation you need. Put your event date in the subject line so Paul can triage it fast. If it's genuinely urgent, call the shop at (717) 555-0142 during business hours (Tuesday–Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 8am–5pm) and ask for Paul or Millie.
