Corporate clients can pay by card at checkout or request net-30 invoicing — meaning you'll receive a formal invoice after your order and have 30 days to pay. Either way, Paul handles the paperwork, and he'll make sure everything lines up with your company's billing process before your first delivery rolls out.
Setting up net-30
Net-30 is available to any business placing a catering order. To get it started, just mention it when you reach out for a quote. Paul will ask for a few things:
- Your company name and billing address
- A contact name for invoices (AP department, office manager, whoever gets the mail)
- A purchase order number, if your company uses them — PO numbers go right on the invoice, no problem
- Your preferred invoice delivery method (email is fastest, but Paul can mail a hard copy if you need it)
Once that's in place, your account is set up and the same details carry over to future orders automatically. You won't have to repeat yourself every time.
How invoicing works order-to-order
After your order is confirmed and delivered, Paul sends the invoice within one business day. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We accept ACH transfer, check, or card — whatever works best for your AP process.
If your company needs a W-9 on file before cutting a check, just ask. Paul keeps one ready.
A note on large or recurring orders
If you're running a standing weekly lunch order or a recurring corporate account, Paul can batch invoices monthly instead of per-order. Just let him know when you're getting set up — it's an easy ask and a lot less paperwork on your end.
Questions about an invoice you've already received
If something looks off on an invoice — a line item that doesn't match, a quantity question, a PO number that needs updating — go straight to Paul. He built the quote, he knows the math, and he can turn around a corrected invoice the same day in most cases.
If you haven't heard back on a payment status or an invoice is running close to its due date, a quick email gets things sorted faster than a phone call.
