How to request a catering quote

Catering at Perfect Pies starts with a pretty short conversation. Send Paul an email at support@perfectpies.club with a few key details, and he'll have a quote back to you within one business day — usually faster if it's a straightforward order. The more specific you can be upfront, the quicker he can get you real numbers instead of ballpark guesses.

What to include in your email

Paul's going to ask for these things no matter what, so drop them in your first message and skip the back-and-forth:

• Your event date — and if there's a hard setup time, mention that too
• Headcount — a rough number is fine; Paul does the serving math from there
• Sweet, savory, or a mix — if you're not sure, tell him the occasion and he'll suggest a split
• Delivery or pickup — local delivery is available within 15 miles of Carlisle; pickup is free at the storefront
• Any dietary needs or restrictions — Clarisse can weigh in if there's something specific going on

For larger events — think Corporate Spreads, multiple pans, on-site setup — it helps to mention your budget range. Paul won't hold you to it, but it keeps the quote from coming back way over or way under what you had in mind.

Lead times to keep in mind

• Party Set of 4 minis: 24 hours
• Catering Pan (serves 12–16 sweet, 8–12 savory): 48 hours
• Corporate Spread (3–8 pans, custom mix): 5 business days — more during holiday weeks, so plan ahead

If your event is coming up fast, say so in the email. Paul will tell you honestly what's doable.

On-site setup

If you'd rather not wrangle pans yourself, Elliot or Paul can drive out, get everything arranged, and come back afterward to clean up. It's a $75 add-on, and it's worth asking about when you request the quote.

A note on holiday weeks

Thanksgiving and Christmas catering fills up quickly. Thanksgiving orders close the Friday before the holiday; Christmas orders close December 18th. If you're planning something for either of those, earlier is genuinely better — Paul will tell you the same thing.
