A Corporate Spread is our biggest catering option — three to eight full pans of pie, custom-mixed for your crowd, with optional on-site setup and flexible invoicing. It's what we put together for office lunches, all-hands meetings, client events, and anything else where "a couple of pies" just isn't going to cut it.
What's included
Every Corporate Spread is built around your headcount and your preferences. Paul will ask a few questions before quoting — date, number of guests, how you want to split sweet and savory, and whether you'd like setup handled for you. From there he'll put together a pan configuration that makes sense.
Pricing runs $150–$400 depending on how many pans you need and what's in them. As a rough guide:
- A sweet catering pan serves 12–16 people
- A savory pan serves 8–12
- Three pans covers a modest team lunch; eight pans handles a room of 80
On-site setup
If you'd rather not deal with the logistics yourself, add on-site setup for $75. Elliot or Paul drives out to your location, lays out the spread, and swings back afterward to clean up. It's the difference between "we dropped off some pies" and "we handled it." Popular with corporate accounts that have executives in the room.
Lead time
Corporate Spreads need 5 business days of lead time under normal circumstances. During holiday weeks — especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas — that window stretches, so the earlier you reach out the better. If you're working with a tighter timeline, email us and Paul will tell you honestly what's possible.
Invoicing
Corporate accounts can pay by card on file or request net-30 invoicing — whichever works better for your purchasing process. If you need a PO number on the invoice, just include it when you reach out and Paul will make sure it's on there.
How to get a quote
The fastest way is to email us directly. Paul usually responds the same business day with a quote and any follow-up questions. If you've worked with us before, he likely already has your preferences on file.
