If you open your Party Set box and count only three minis instead of four, we want to make it right straight away. Just let us know which flavor didn't show up and we'll either ship the missing mini to you on priority (arrives in two business days, no charge) or refund $12 — that's the missing mini's share of the $48 set — back to your original payment method. Your call entirely.
What to do
- Email us at support@perfectpies.club with your order number and the name of the missing mini.
- If you don't remember your order number, your name and delivery address will do just fine.
- A photo of the box is helpful, but honestly, we're not going to make you prove it — Millie or Clarisse will pull the packing record on our end.
Your two options
- Priority replacement: We pack and ship the missing mini the next business day. It'll land at your door within two business days after that.
- Partial refund: $12 back to the card you paid with. Refunds usually clear in three to five business days depending on your bank.
A note on timing
Our packing slips get checked twice before a Party Set goes out, so a missing mini is genuinely rare — but it does happen, especially on busy Saturday mornings when we're moving fast. Sorry for the trouble. We'd rather hear about it and fix it than have you sit there with a box short one Chocolate Silk.
If you ordered a mini that was part of a seasonal flavor and we're currently out of season, we'll reach out to suggest a swap or go straight to the refund — whichever you prefer.
