Your Pie Club shipment goes out once a month, and we want to make sure it lands at the right door with no billing hiccups along the way. Whether you've moved, switched banks, or just need to update the card on file, here's how to get everything sorted — and the one timing detail that really matters.
Updating your shipping address
The most important thing to know: we send a reminder email seven days before your next pie ships. That's your window. If you update your address before that shipment goes out, you're all set. If we've already handed the box to the carrier, we can't redirect it — frozen pies and address corrections don't mix well.
To update your address:
- Log in at perfectpies.club and head to My Account → Pie Club Settings
- Update your shipping address and save
- You'll get a quick confirmation email from us
If you got your reminder email and realized your address is wrong with only a day or two to spare, don't wait — email us directly at support@perfectpies.club and Millie or one of the team will manually update it on the back end before the shipment goes out.
If you're moving permanently, update your address as soon as you know the new one. There's no limit to how many times you can change it.
Updating your payment method
Your Pie Club membership renews automatically — monthly if you're on the $75/month plan, annually if you went with the $800/year membership. We charge the card on file a few days before your renewal date.
To swap in a new card:
- Log in at perfectpies.club and go to My Account → Billing
- Add your new card and set it as the default
- The old card will be removed from your file automatically
If a charge fails — expired card, new number after a replacement — we'll email you right away. You'll have a few days to update before we try again. We'd rather sort it out than lose a member over a bank hiccup.
A note on gift subscriptions
If someone gifted you a Pie Club membership, the address on file is whatever was entered at checkout. If that address was the gift-giver's, just log in and update it to yours. The billing side stays with whoever purchased the gift — you won't see their payment info and they won't see your address.
