Every month, your Pie Club shipment starts with a simple question: do you want to choose, or should we? Both paths are genuinely good — and about half our members have landed on "just surprise me" and never looked back.
Picking your own pie
If you know what you want, just log in at perfectpies.club and set your monthly selection before the 15th of the month. Your pick locks in, Clarisse's crew bakes it fresh, and it ships on the Tuesday of your billing week. You can change your mind any time before the 15th — after that, we're already pulling ingredients.
A few things worth knowing when you're choosing:
- Seasonal pies show up in your member portal a full week before they're available to everyone else, so you'll have first crack at Pumpkin in October or Strawberry Rhubarb come May.
- The Banana Cream is a local-delivery-and-pickup-only pie — it doesn't travel well frozen, so it won't appear as a shipping option if you're outside the Carlisle area.
- The Pecan and Steak & Mushroom are the two most-requested picks, if you're ever stuck deciding.
Letting Pablo decide
Set your preference to "Let Pablo decide" and we'll send whatever we're most excited about that month. In practice, this rotates through the bestsellers, leans into whatever's seasonal, and occasionally features something Clarisse has been tinkering with in the kitchen. It's the closest thing we have to a tasting menu.
Members on the "Pablo's pick" rotation tend to be the ones who email us later saying things like "I never would have ordered the Sweet Potato on my own and now it's my whole personality." We take that as high praise.
You can switch between picking and letting us decide at any time — just update your preference in your account before the 15th cutoff.
If you miss the deadline
If the 15th passes without a selection, we default to Pablo's pick for that month. You won't get a reminder email (though that's something Millie keeps lobbying for), so if you're particular about your flavors, it's worth setting a calendar note.
If you have a month where nothing on the menu quite works for you — traveling, overloaded with pie from the holidays, whatever it is — reach out and we can talk about skipping that shipment instead.
Curious about a specific pie before you commit? Drop us a line and we'll tell you exactly what's in it — Clarisse loves those questions.
If anything here is unclear or your portal isn't behaving, just email us at support@perfectpies.club and someone will get back to you the same day.
