How to join the Pie Club

Joining the Pie Club is as simple as sending us an email. There's no complicated checkout flow — just drop us a line at support@perfectpies.club, tell us you'd like to join, and Millie will send back a short sign-up form. Once you fill that out and pick your billing preference, you're in. Your first pie ships within two weeks, and after that you're on the monthly rhythm.

Billing options

You've got two ways to pay:

• Annual membership — $800/year. One charge, twelve months of pie, and you're done thinking about it. This is what most members do.
• Monthly membership — $75/month. Billed each month on the date you signed up. A little more flexible if you want to try it before committing.

Both plans include everything — the monthly pie, priority shipping, early access to seasonal flavors, a free 9" pie in your birthday month, 10% off catering and Party Sets, and a signed Pie Club card from Pablo waiting for you at the storefront (or mailed to you if you're not local).

What happens after you sign up

Once your form comes back to us and payment is confirmed:

• Clarisse and the kitchen get your first pie on the schedule.
• You'll get a confirmation email with your member details and a note about how to tell us your flavor preferences.
• Your first box ships within two weeks, frozen and packed for the trip.
• Tracking lands in your inbox automatically when the carrier picks it up.

A couple of things worth knowing

The Pie Club ships to the continental US only — same as our regular frozen shipping. If you're in the Carlisle area, you can also opt for local delivery on your monthly box instead of shipping ($8 flat, driven by Elliot).

The Banana Cream Pie isn't available as a monthly shipment since it doesn't travel frozen — but everything else on the menu is fair game, including seasonal pies a full week before they go public.

Pablo signs every membership card by hand, which takes him a little while when a batch goes out at once, so don't be alarmed if yours arrives a week or two after your first pie.
