Life gets busy, travel happens, and sometimes your freezer is just full of pie. Pie Club members can skip up to three monthly shipments per calendar year without losing their membership or any of their benefits. If you need a longer break, we can pause your membership entirely — billing stops while you're out, and everything picks back up when you're ready.
Skipping a single month
To skip a month's shipment, just email us at support@perfectpies.club by the 1st of that month. Tell us which month you want to skip and we'll pull you off the shipping list before Clarisse starts packing the boxes.
A few things worth knowing:
- Skipped months don't roll over — you won't receive two pies the following month to make up for it.
- Your billing date stays the same whether you skip or not; you're just not charged for the pie itself.
- You can skip up to three months in any calendar year (January–December). After that, we'd ask you to consider a full pause instead.
- Your birthday pie, your 10% catering discount, and your priority shipping all stay active even in a skip month.
Pausing your membership
If you need more than a month or two away — maybe you're traveling for the summer, or you just want a longer break — we can pause your membership entirely. While you're paused:
- No pies ship.
- Billing pauses completely. You won't be charged your monthly or annual fee until you reactivate.
- Your Pie Club card, your member number, and your spot in the program are all held for you.
To pause, email us at support@perfectpies.club before the 1st of the first month you want to skip. Let us know roughly when you think you'll want to restart — Millie will set a reminder and reach back out around that time, so you don't have to remember to do anything.
Reactivating
When you're ready to come back, just shoot us an email and we'll get you back on the list for the following month's shipment. If Pablo has already signed renewal cards for that cycle, yours will be in the next batch.
